The Carmen Law Office, P.C. Bruce L. Carmen, Attorney At Law arises from the Telleen Law Firm.  “Telleen Law Firm” had its origin in 1934 following the graduation of Kenneth L. Telleen joined his brother in the Cambridge Law Firm after graduating from the University of Illinois Law School that same year. Kenneth and Leonard Telleen were law partners for fifty-nine (59) years with Kenneth retiring in early 1994. Leonard Telleen died on August 8, 1994 in his 59th year of law practice.
