Carmen Law Office, P.C. is dedicated to providing its clients three things no matter what the engagement:
Bruce L. Carmen has handled cases from the simplest traffic matter to the most complex civil cases in courts throughout the State of Illinois for over 27 years. After nearly 13 years with the national law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson, where he was a partner, he moved to Henry County to take over the litigation practice of the firm formerly known as Telleen, Horberg, Smith & Carmen, PC. There, he established himself in both the criminal and civil courtrooms as an aggressive advocate. You can rest assured that if you entrust your most serious matters to him, you will be getting someone who has been tried and tested under the most difficult conditions. A summary of some of his recent cases includes: Click here.
Bruce L. Carmen graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Illinois College of Liberal Arts and Sciences in 1981, and with honors from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1984. He has tried many cases to juries and has handled over 400 appeals in both the state and federal courts. His article on police searches of motor vehicles was published in the Illinois Bar Journal in 2007.
Carmen Law Office’s philosophy is that professional representation should be available to all individuals and business who need it. We will work with our clients to make sure their needs are met for a reasonable fee.
